动芯片，内部集成550V 高压MOS。可通过外设

电阻对输出电流进行设置，电流可在5mA~100mA

范围内进行任意调节。

ICL1102 内置线性过温保护功能，可以有效防

止系统温度突变造成的损坏。

ICL1102 整个系统具有外围简单，应用灵活，

可靠性高，体积小，系统成本低等优点；合适的

封装技术可应用于各类LED 灯具。

ICL1104 内置线性过温保护功能，可以有效防止系统温度突变造成的损坏。电流可在5mA~80mA 范围内进行任意调节。

ICL9201 是一款低成本的纹波抑制芯片，与LED

灯珠串联，用来抑制定电流源产生的电流纹波，所需外

围元器件少、系统成本极低。
