范围内工作。内置可控硅调光器的主动负载控

制器和线电压调节补偿功能，可以调节流过高

压（HV）LED 串的电流并同时为调光器提供

维持电流。

ICNE2531 与LED 串联配置应用。可用于

具有过压保护（OVP），过温保护（OTP）和线

电压调节补偿的恒流LED 驱动器。 其包含的

主动负载功能可提高可控硅调光性能，当灯未

连接到调光器时，该功能将被禁用。

PCB 布局也非常灵活，可以满足各种形状

要求。 它特别适合替换白炽灯泡和条形荧光灯。

ICNE2530D is a high voltage linear constantcurrent LED driver for phase–cut dimmable application,which integrates 500V high voltage MOS.The phase-cut dimmer holding current and theLED driving current can be set through the external resistors between 5mA and 100mA, the current precision can reach ±3%.
