LED 恒流驱动芯片，内部集成550V 高压MOS。可

通过外设电阻设定可控硅调光器的维持电流，同时

也可以对LED 所需要的驱动电流进行设置，电流可

在5mA~100mA 范围内进行任意调节，芯片电流精

准度可达到±3%。

ICL1402 内置线性过温保护功能，可以有效防止

系统温度突变造成的损坏。

ICL1402 整个系统具有外围简单，应用灵活，可

靠性高，体积小，系统成本低等优点，合适的封装技

术可应用于各类LED 灯具。

ICNE2530D is a high voltage linear constantcurrent LED driver for phase–cut dimmable application,which integrates 500V high voltage MOS.The phase-cut dimmer holding current and theLED driving current can be set through the external resistors between 5mA and 100mA, the current precision can reach ±3%.
